Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We ship worldwide! All orders are shipped within 3- 10 working days of the original purchase date. We will be using Royal Mail to ship all of our orders. Sometimes delays can occur due to various reasons by the provider.

Please provide an up to date shipping address, as we will not be able to refund/replace if the address provided by you is incorrect.

International shipping

If your country is not listed, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to help you out.

There are 2 shipping options available: Standard & Tracked, starting with a minimum of £3.20 (depending on country/weight/shipping option).

We recommend that you use the Tracked shipping option for full security, as we will not be responsible for your package after it leaves the UK.

Buyers are responsible for any VAT and custom taxes that may apply upon receiving your order.

Returns

We currently do not offer any returns or exchanges, unless the product is faulty.

If anything is missing from your order, please get in touch within 7 days to make a claim, and we will ship out the missing product.
